Returns:

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should refuse delivery or notate damage on the freight bill. If packages are received without recording damage on the freight waybill, or damaged items are shipped back without prior notification the contract that Kids Furniture Farm made with the manufacturer and shipping companies on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim with shipping companies and replacement or refund will not be issued.
